Hi, I'm Bea Fitzgerald and I love stories which is probably why I've shaped my life around them. 

 

I write romantic YA fantasy fiction inspired by Greek mythology. My debut Hades and Persephone reimagining Girl, Goddess, Queen was an instant Sunday Times bestseller. It has been shortlisted for numerous awards and won Fantasy Romance of the Year (2024) at the RNAs. It will be published in thirteen languages (and counting!).

My second YA book, The End Crowns All was an instant bestseller. It's a sapphic reimagining of the Trojan War featuring rivals to lovers Helen and Cassandra. 

 

In 2024, I published my debut adult thriller Then Things Went Dark which follows six contestants on a reality TV show that winds up with one of them dying live on air.

I'm currently working on my second thriller and my third YA Greek myth reimaging, A Beautiful Evil publishes in August 2025. It's a grumpy/sunshine reimagining of Pandora.
